Pad Printing

Pad Printing is the most appropriate technique for printing on curved, uneven, textured or contoured surfaces, as well as flat, printing in places where other methods cannot be used, on a wide variety of materials, including plastics, metals and glass. By selecting the correct printing ink for the material and usage, a high quality permanent impression can be created in single or multi-coloured designs, including metallics.

Laser Engraving/Marking

Laser marking or engraving is a computer-driven, environmentally friendly alternative to silk screening, pad printing, stamping, mechanical engraving, chemical etching, and many other costly, lower quality processes. Our high-speed non contact process provides superior quality, permanence and design flexibility. Laser marking can achieve accuracy in small detail engraving unmatched by any other engraving method.

Laser Cutting

There are many advantages to laser cutting over other cutting methods methods. The laser creates a beam of light that is used to cut through the material, so there is no part of the laser system in contact with the material you are cutting, so gravity can hold the material in place. Laser cutting produces a crisp cut that works well with a multitude of materials. On acrylic, you can achieve a clear, shiny edge, while on fabrics the laser will sear the fabric so that it won't unravel.
