Our premises has a security system installed and is linked to an armed response company, and we take the greatest care to secure our premises, we can not be held responsible whatsoever for any loss / damage of your goods while on our premises.

We do not count and/or check items received, thus we can not take any responsibility for any shortages or any other damages whatsoever.

From time to time, our terms & conditions may change or be added. This will be detailed in our quote and or updated on the website.

No work will be done without a signed off proof.

Orders

All orders are to be faxed or sent via e-mail. no verbal orders will be accepted.

Modifications to artwork for client's account.

Samples
|

Please arrange collection of samples.
|
|
All samples to be returned in original condition taken.
|
|
All samples not returned within 5 working days will be charged to your account.

All samples to be collected & returned to our offices.

Payment
|
|
All work is strictly COD.
|
|
We require 50% deposit with official order. Balance of payment strictly COD.
|
|
All goods remain the property of ACA Promotions cc until fully paid for.
|
|
All deposits to be paid prior to any work / order of goods commences.
|
|
Should you be paying by cheques or direct deposit, please note that we will only release goods once cheque has been cleared. Please fax / e-mail through confirmation of deposit.

|
Should you be paying by electronic bank transfer, please note that we will only release goods once transfer has reflected in our account. Please fax / e-mail through confirmation of deposit.

Prices valid for 30 days unless otherwise quoted.

You are liable for all costs related arising from your failure to comply with any terms & conditions that have been stipulated on this page.

Artwork
|
|
All artwork to be sent in suitable format. All modifications or any other work carried out will be for the client's account.
|
|
No work will be carried out without a signed off proof.
|
|
Proofs to be sent back via fax.
|
|
Conformation to proceed with a job sent via e-mail will be binding & taken as a signed proof.
|
Our artwork & setup costs are for setting up the work in a usable format for our internal production.
Should you require our files of your artwork, we will charge an extra origination fee.
